Welcome to Waves Aquatic Training & Consultancy!

With over 25 years experience in Swim Schools (starting from a very early age! Originally providing customer service and water helping before going on to qualify as a Level 2 Swimming Teacher.

Since then I have managed a successful swim school of 500 children, before setting up my own swim school in 2018, starting with just 11 children per week and growing to 1000 by the end of 2023 with a team of nearly 60 employees.

During 2020, I qualified as a Trainer Assessor with the RLSS and Waves Aquatic Training became a side hustle. I then went on to gain my Level 3 Award in Education & Training before qualifying as a Tutor with the Swimming Teacher's Association (STA).

I have proudly represented STA as a Brand Ambassador for STA since 2023.

In 2024, I was shortlisted for Thames Valley Female Entrepreneur of the year award.

In 2026, following the birth of my son, my focus changed and with a passion still for business but also not wanting to miss out any further on her son,  I added the Consultancy arm to Waves Aquatic Training and rebranded as Waves Aquatic Training & Consultancy which became my primary focus.

We offer a variety of Swimming Teacher, Lifesaving and First Aid courses, assessments and CPD's, as well as providing Water Safety Education for schools and organisations. We also offer Admin Support and/or Consultancy Services for Swim Schools as well as ATC Co-ordination and IQA's.
